Stronger U Fitness is a multifunctional training studio seeking to help individuals create a lifetime
of fitness by promoting a well-rounded program. We understand that no one aspect of wellness, on its
own, will do the job. Our trained professionals want to provide you with the strength, cardio, flexibility
and nutrition training your unique body needs.
“Stronger U Fitness is built on you, the client. The moment you walk into the doors, it is my job to know
how to best meet your wellness needs. “Strong” represents something different for each of my clients.
Whether it be living a pain-free life, weight loss, or intensifying a fitness regime, I am here to help
you define and reach the strength you desire. Stronger U Fitness builds a stronger you by transforming
your body and your life.”
~Kristi Fox, Owner/Trainer
Kristi Fox - Owner, Certified Personal Trainer
Kristi began her career in television news as a videographer. Always involved in athletics
growing up, she became acutely aware of the imbalances that can occur in a body through repetitive
activity. Fitness became a passion for her as she watched young coworkers accumulate on the job
injuries and miss time from work. In 2007, she made the decision to switch careers with the
hopes of reaching more people effectively with the knowledge of fitness health and injury prevention.
Eventually clients came seeking workouts that not only would help them gain strength, but also
help them feel better in their daily tasks. “Stronger U” was born out of a revelation that while
fitness stereotypes suggest a lean, competitive physique, many people desire a strength that will
meet them at the level they’re at. Kristi utilizes the latest in exercise sciences to adapt a
workout to each client’s needs and help motivate them toward their particular goals.

Sonja Fontaine - Certified Personal Trainer
Sonja says personal training is not a simple act of physical achievement, but a mental
accomplishment as well. Sonja has been a personal trainer for over three years with
experience in yoga, pilates and kickboxing. She has a great deal of enthusiasm for
helping others achieve their goals. Her greatest enjoyment in personal training is
truly getting to know and understand her clients on a level where she can encourage
them to understand and achieve their goals. The pleasure she gains from helping
others not only comes from their personal accomplishments and satisfaction, but in
what clients teach and share with her. Sonja considers personal training more than
a simple act of physical routine. To her it’s a journey to be enjoyed and experienced.
